近日，TVB節目《本相猜情尋》探尋李小龍1973年猝逝世之謎老屋翻新，獨家專訪其生前戀人現年78歲的丁珮，還原相關細節。
丁珮原名唐漂亮，籍貫北京，誕生在臺北；1967年加入同盟邵氏，在噴鼻港發展其演藝事業。她稱當年25歲擺佈時，已婚的李小龍主動尋求她，兩人因他的魅力和緣分走到一路，她曾為其打理抽像，片場人稱她“小龍女”。
1973年7月20日，李小龍到丁珮家，當晚7點說頭痛，丁珮給其服用自家常用止痛片，讓他臥床歇息。原計劃與鄒文懷見面，鄒文懷來電時，丁珮發現叫不醒李小龍THE R3 寓所。約9點45分鄒文懷趕到，李小龍已昏倒，早晨10點才由私家醫生叫救護車送醫。
事后丁珮因地下情曝光成眾矢之的，她稱開初否認李小龍在她家昏倒是按鄒文商業空間室內設計懷唆使，本身當時手足無措，且給的止痛藥李小龍之前吃沒問題，覺得外界對她過于苛責。
節目消除了腦出血、吸毒過量等傳言，法醫潘偉明剖析，李小龍猝逝世前兩月曾在片場抽筋昏倒，美方檢查提過“抽筋變態”，結合20世紀90年月出現的SUDEP（健康住宅癲癇猝逝世）概念，推測其逝世因能夠是癲癇。醫學界認為精力壓力、過度疲勞能夠引發癲癇，而李小龍對自我請求極高，或減輕壓力。多方或因維護其禪風室內設計抽像不愿說起癲癇，導致逝世因成謎。
